The American Lawyer Student Edition/November 2006

Naked Cities Maybe you can't imagine living more than an hour away from the beach, or in a place where you can't get a decent bagel. Perhaps your significant other already has a job in Dallas, or Pittsburgh, or Seattle. Or you're sure that you could only live in a blue state, or a red one. Whatever the reason, most law school students take geography into account when weighing job offers. This chart breaks out firms' results by office. Only offices with at least five respondents are included. Some firms listed here are not on the national charts, which required ten responses from each firm. The scores, rankings, and number of respondents on this chart pertain only to the firm's office in the indicated city. All responses were scored an a 5-point scale, with 5 being the highest score. For more complete details, see methodology.
